Returns
- Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Free of sweat, stains, or signs of wear.
- In its original packaging with all accessories included.

- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, used BFR cuffs cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
